I have eaten here many times now, and I have never had a problem as a Celiac. The choices of GF (as well as V) appetizers, salads, and entrees are many! This is my favorite restaurant in Hattiesburg!

I’ve never had a bad experience at Petra and the food is so unique and delicious. My husband is obsessed with their coffee also. We both have food allergies (his more serious then mine with celiac) and we’ve never had issues there. There’s accommodations for any allergy or preference.

Lots of delicious gluten free option, including halloumi and falafel! I have celiac’s disease and didn’t get glutened :) 🌟

They seemed very knowledgeable about gluten. The menu was clearly labeled g/f. Service excellent and food even better.

There were a lot of options marked gluten free on menu. The waitress was very attentive to my concerns about cross contamination. I did not ask if they had a dedicated fryer for the fried gluten free options because I didn't order any of those. The Mediterranean chicken was delicious and so was their salad and house dressing. They substitute fresh veggies with the hummus instead of pita bread. I have celiac disease and had no reaction. I will definitely come back!
