No gf menu, but brought Arabic and English celiac travel cards and talked with a chef and a waiter before the dinner opened. There are several options on a la carte menu that can be done gf: steak, chicken with tomato sauce; or the mixed meat grill. The chef asked lots of good questions and when we said no fried potatoes because of cross contamination; offered to do a batch on separate oil. When dinner time came, I was brought a plate with mixed meat kebabs, French fries, and surprise, also a bowl of gf tomato soup! Yay.Not the best option ever, but given that I found zero on google and none on the app here for anything in the Petra area...better than nothing!Ps - Jordan seems to have decent labeling laws. All the chips I've found are clearly marked when it contains gluten or wheat, or even when it may contain gluten. Found several new types that ended up being gf and are sold at the little shops in and around Petra.
