Very accommodating! Many gf menu choices! Mac and cheese bowl, gf bread for sandwiches, baked potatoes with different toppings, Buddha bowls. They carry some gf dessert options. They understand gf and I had a good experience.
I love Petty Pitstop!! I’ve been to the TH location a couple of times and am so happy that they finally have gf options available here!
Was cool spot several options to chose from. I ended up getting a mac and cheese with buffalo chicken. They have several mac and cheese items, baked potatoes, sandwiches several choices. They spoke to me about how they avoid cross contamination. Try this spot.

All meals are prepared individually to order. I ordered a Buddha bowl. They use tamari instead of soy sauce in their sesame bowl. They have quite a variety of options for those that are gluten free.
