Review of P.F. Chang's

While P.F. Chang’s has a gluten free menu, unknown to us, staff is/ was confused. We ordered from the GF menu for our entire party so all food would be safe. The manger intervened (unbidden by us)after the first course (lettuce wraps) was already eaten. He apologized for the delay and said our food was coming soon. We should have known then...After our meal, the waiter cleared the dirty dishes from the neighboring table to his serving table and then and then started boxing up our leftover rice next to the dirty stack. I corrected him, told him he had contaminated our food with gluten and germs. and he then brought us fresh boxed rice and with clean hands he boxed up our entrees.My celiac daughter is currently bedridden, in pain, fuzzy brained , missing out on school, life, letting her team down and feeling depressed.
