Review of P.F. Chang's

I ordered soup and ginger chicken off the gluten free menu. When my chicken came and I asked for gf soy sauce the waiter paused and said he forgot to specify gf chicken. He left the rice on the table so I assumed it was fine. After 20 minutes, my dinner finally comes. The next day I’m super sick. I looked at their allergy menu and I don’t think the soup or the rice were gluten free. Also they charged me for my full meal which I think is ridiculous considering I had to sit there while everyone else ate. I remember a few years ago they were very careful with gluten free food but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. I’m definitely never going back here.
