No longer has a separate GF menu. Have now combined into one menu with GF options clearly marked GFO (Gluten Free Option). Have eaten here many times and always received GF items on a designated GF platter. I always reconfirmed with the server that the food received was indeed GF as requested, even though it was served on a designated GF platter. Have never had an issue. They do takeout, but I have not done so. Not sure how they mark takeout items as GF. You need to inquire further.
We have eaten here many, many times since I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2007, and I have never had any problems. I am disappointed that PF Chang's has reduced the options, but, honestly, it still has more choices than many places. I have tried pretty much everything on the gluten-free menu, and we have found enough options to order all gluten-free when dining with another couple.
I am gluten free and also dairy free. My only options are chicken wraps and chicken pad thai because all the other gf options contain dairy. Asian food typically does not contain dairy - I am lucky they have an allergen grid otherwise I would choose gf food containing dairy. It gets boring after a while always having to order the same dish.
I get p.f. chang’s everyday i’m in bham! Gluten free menu and they use dedicated kitchen space when something is ordered gluten free. The most comforting thing to me is that all of their gluten free menu is automatically gluten free (even off the regular menu) so I don’t have to worry as much about someone grabbing the wrong sauce or something!
Ordered two meals, delivery, through their website and arrived relatively quickly, minus utensils. However, even though both were ordered off their gluten free menu and the containers were clearly marked for their allergens, both were cross-contaminated. Leaving the evening in pointless vomiting.
We had the best experience! Our server’s wife had celiac so he was really aware of everything and let us know the process in the kitchen and all the options that were available. They have separate plates and bowls for people with allergies so you know the kitchen staff is aware. The manager also stopped by and reaffirmed their precautions in the kitchen. 10/10 recommend.
This has got to be the best P.F. Changs location in the inventory. My wife and I ate here last week and had incredible service and delicious food that was safe for me to eat. I highly recommend getting the Ring Of Fire sauce if you like spicy food. Our server recommended it for me and had them make some that was gluten free.
Great Ginger Chicken and Broccoli. Waitress promised that the staff understands food allergies and my I was given a Gluten Free menu. It was the first time that I was able to eat in a Chinese restaurant in 10 year's. The food was wonderful, the service was awesome. I had no problems with cross contamination. 5 stars all of the way.
Ordered from here recently for our family. Our toddler has celiac. She did not get sick from the food. we’ve also ordered from P.f. chang’s in memphis and it was also successful. very delicious also!
Gluten free menu available. Staff was helpful and presented menu upon request. Several options to choose from. We had lettuce wraps and beef with broccoli. Food was good, will definitely go back.
Exceeds expectations in service; had the manager and chef come to our table to explain their gluten free menu, and that if you receive food on a plate that isn't their "signature" plate (white with black P.F. Chang's font) not to eat it because it wasn't gluten-free. They bring you gluten-free soy sauce, and cook with dedicated gluten-free equipment. I have eaten here many times and am 100% confident every time that I will not get sick.
Dined at this location last night. Was excellent. The manager on duty spoke with us regarding accommodating allergies and the precautions they would take. Server and Manager were Very knowledgeable and customer focused. Food was very good and so was the flowerless chocolate cake :)
Many amazing-looking items were marked GF on the menu, and the food was delicious. When we were ordering, we were very very clear that we needed everything to be celiac level GF. Our waiter seemed knowledgeable & reassured us that utmost care would be taken. But some or all of our food wasn’t GF.
Absolutely delicious meal, but I. Was. So. Sick.
Their on-line menu has a GF section. The GF vegetable pad Thai and GF fried rice that I ordered for pickup came with a big red sticker that said gluten-free. I also ordered a small garden salad that was not in the GF part of the menu. The person who took my order said the salad would only be included if it could be made GF. It also came with a GF label. The food was very good.
Have eaten here 3 times on our visit. Our server was quick to outline what was gf and all gf items come out from kitchen on a special GF coloured plate so servers know which plate is GF. Not a huge selection, however some of our favourites, fried rice, beef with broccoli, pad Thai, Singapore noddles, chicken lettuce cups! Service was great and a beautiful restaurant. Was able to reserve a table online quite easily.
