I am gluten free and also dairy free. My only options are chicken wraps and chicken pad thai because all the other gf options contain dairy. Asian food typically does not contain dairy - I am lucky they have an allergen grid otherwise I would choose gf food containing dairy. It gets boring after a while always having to order the same dish.

My meal tested positive for gluten when I used my Nima. So if you’re celiac or very sensitive I definitely wouldn’t risk eating here.

One of the best GF Asian meals I’ve had! The spicy chicken bowl is fantastic, and it is fried with gluten free breading!! Always exciting to find a gluten free option that’s fried, and the sauce was delicious and actually not too spicy. Dedicated gluten free menu available!

I get p.f. chang’s everyday i’m in bham! Gluten free menu and they use dedicated kitchen space when something is ordered gluten free. The most comforting thing to me is that all of their gluten free menu is automatically gluten free (even off the regular menu) so I don’t have to worry as much about someone grabbing the wrong sauce or something!

Ordered two meals, delivery, through their website and arrived relatively quickly, minus utensils. However, even though both were ordered off their gluten free menu and the containers were clearly marked for their allergens, both were cross-contaminated. Leaving the evening in pointless vomiting.

We had the best experience! Our server’s wife had celiac so he was really aware of everything and let us know the process in the kitchen and all the options that were available. They have separate plates and bowls for people with allergies so you know the kitchen staff is aware. The manager also stopped by and reaffirmed their precautions in the kitchen. 10/10 recommend.

This restaurant does it right. Separate GF menu, separate prep area, special plates indicating GF meals. I had the GF Lettuce Wraps and GF Mongolian Beef. Both were delicious.

Staff takes extreme care for gluten free food. Something very rare for a chain restaurant.

Definitely a place to go! They have an specific gluten free menu, and they advertise they have a gluten free space, I have eaten here several times since I have been diagnosed with Celiac and I can say it has been safe for me.

This has got to be the best P.F. Changs location in the inventory. My wife and I ate here last week and had incredible service and delicious food that was safe for me to eat. I highly recommend getting the Ring Of Fire sauce if you like spicy food. Our server recommended it for me and had them make some that was gluten free.

The only place I feel I can go to enjoy Chinese food! Great menu options. Always fresh and outstanding. Staff has always been amazing and knowledgeable

Great Ginger Chicken and Broccoli. Waitress promised that the staff understands food allergies and my I was given a Gluten Free menu. It was the first time that I was able to eat in a Chinese restaurant in 10 year's. The food was wonderful, the service was awesome. I had no problems with cross contamination. 5 stars all of the way.

Ordered from here recently for our family. Our toddler has celiac. She did not get sick from the food. we’ve also ordered from P.f. chang’s in memphis and it was also successful. very delicious also!

Gluten free menu available. Staff was helpful and presented menu upon request. Several options to choose from. We had lettuce wraps and beef with broccoli. Food was good, will definitely go back.

Exceeds expectations in service; had the manager and chef come to our table to explain their gluten free menu, and that if you receive food on a plate that isn't their "signature" plate (white with black P.F. Chang's font) not to eat it because it wasn't gluten-free. They bring you gluten-free soy sauce, and cook with dedicated gluten-free equipment. I have eaten here many times and am 100% confident every time that I will not get sick.

Great food and celiac safe! Be sure to let them servers know of your medical needs.

We all should know by now that the gf PF Changs is worth the up charge! It's a special treat for us to get Asian food. Their desserts are delish! The new gf shortcake is super good as well :)
Dined at this location last night. Was excellent. The manager on duty spoke with us regarding accommodating allergies and the precautions they would take. Server and Manager were Very knowledgeable and customer focused. Food was very good and so was the flowerless chocolate cake :)

Great food, large GF selection, fantastic service!

Loved it, they even have gf desserts.
Servers were very knowledgeable about GF food and asserted that the chefs were care with cross contamination. Server made suggestions when a sauce needed to be changed and indicated what we might try next time. Food was delicious and plentiful so we had doggie boxes to. I enjoyed again the next day. This was Sugar Land, not Westheimer.

Since this us a gluten free app, I have to give them a one for getting rid of the gf lightly breaded fried options. It was the main reason we went here. Yay more gf grilled food. But if you like grilled food they have some good options.

Best meal I’ve had since being diagnosed with celiac last year. I didn’t get sick either so it’s safe as long as you tell the waiter you’re GF. <3

Though they have gluten-free options, and the actual operating manager is a joy to work with, the rest of the staff seems to care less about your needs, and your experience is entirely dependent upon their whims.
Sometimes it’s safe, sometimes it’s not, sometimes the foods good, sometimes it’s lousy most of the time the service just sucks and they make excuses.
For example, did you know they only have one gluten-free wok in the entire kitchen? I learned about that tonight when I complain to the taken over an hour to get our meal and other tables had already eaten and left.
Stay away unless you want an argumentative server or manager at your table trying to correct the problem that will never get solved.
This used to be a great spot; they made sure they didn’t cross contaminate you and they treated you as if they appreciated your business. I don’t know what’s changed, but they ruined this place.
