Ordered off gluten free menu and had reaction. Wish I had read other reviews first.
The waitress had no problems with my selections from the GF menu, the food was good, and I had no reaction.
Rude server. Seemed very bothered that I ordered off the GF menu. Unconcerned with my questions. Didn't leave happy.
Yes
Bartender who claims to have worked here for years has never even heard of Redbridge. Huge red flags! Very grateful for these reviews. I walked out and got a meal somewhere else
No
While not vast, gluten free menu allows you to safely enjoy a night out. This location is exceptionally well trained.
An unfortunate experience. I am new to the gluten-free lifestyle - so I am hoping this isn't the norm. Ordered off the gluten-free menu, and stressed that this was medical, not a dietary choice. Waitress immediately mixed the "sauce" with the gluten based pot sticker sauce. When I asked for gluten free, she responded "No problem" but when she came back to remix, she used the same spoon and dipped back in the mustard and chili. So now it was all contaminated! When my meal came, I asked for gluten-free soy sauce. While waiting, I realized I had gotten the wrong order (chicken instead of shrimp) - which made me worry about how much she was really paying attention. When my waitress returned, she asked what was wrong - and I had them take back my order. In the mean time, my "gf" soy sauce was delivered, but then not 3 minutes later, the other person came back and said she "was sorry and brought the wrong sauce - good thing I didn't use it, haha." So potential gluten #2 - had I had my food, it would have gotten me. There were other service issues - not having to do with gluten as well. After I paid and headed towards the front, I ran into the manager, and helped her understand that at very least she had a training issue, and at most, she had an attitude problem with her staff on gluten sensitivities. She said she would remedy it, and offered a free appetizer and $10 my next visit. Which is fine, except that now I am more leary. Being in my first week, I won't be able to tell if the kitchen, at least, handled everything correctly, but eater-be-ware.
Menu has a wonderful selection and staff is very well educated. My new favorite!!!
Me and my husband used PF Chang's as our only safe option to eat out due to their gf protocols. The last time we ordered meals to go. When we got home my husband's food was luckily labeled (is not labeled every time we order) but had a mystery fried food in the dish. We called to let the manager know and she tried to tell us it was fine. I advised her it was not and likely won't be back due to trust issues. He had 2 bites but no reaction so that's good.

Good selection of Chinese gluten free options. GF soy sauce. I have never had a reaction at a P F Changs. I really like the beef and broccoli, the shrimp fried rice and chicken lettuce wraps.
