Review of P.F. Chang's

There is a good sized separate gluten free menu and the waiter was able to address my questions about the preparation and cross-contamination. I had the lettuce & chicken wraps for an appetizer and the Mongolian beef for the entree. It was good and I felt fine afterwards.
