Went to dinner with family. Both daughter and I have Celiac’s. Waiter was very helpful. Food was delicious with plenty of options. Ordered friend rice, Mongolian beef, pad Thai, chicken lettuce wrap, rice and chocolate soufflé for desert. We had no issues with gluten. We did go at an off hour and the restaurant was not busy at all. Definitely have no concerns going again.
CELIAC FRIENDLY
They have now a special menu that indicates food and equipment for gluten free dishes are used EXCLUSIVELY for gluten free dishes with a particular attention.

When we were seated I explained I needed a gf menu and the hostess said make sure to explain to your server as well. I got the beef and broccoli with white rice. IT WAS SO GOOD. We explained to the server(gluten allergy severe) and she took it very seriously. She even bagged up my left overs first and put them in a separate bag from my boyfriend and his mothers meal(had gluten). I did NOT get sick from my meal and even told my mom(who was at home) that we need to go back ASAP! I would highly recommend!
Ordering GF Buddah's feast and very surprised the chain can't offer GF tofu so those eating vegetarian can have protein same as the non GF menu. Service was very slow at 1:30 in the afternoon. If they bring you GF food, be sure it has PF Chang's name on the dish and GF soy sauce should be served in a red cup vs. white.
I had the mongolian beef for lunch and got sick in the evening.
I have eaten there 10 plus times and have gotten very ill 2 times.
Pretty good. With a big group of people that didn’t have to eat gf. I appreciate that they put the gf stuff on different dishes, but felt like the waiter was distracted when I talked to him which made me nervous. The fried rice was blah, but I love the lettuce wraps and no symptoms.
Although I was nervous to eat at a chain, I was craving a hot meal during a full day of flying. I checked safety protocols with the host and server, both of whom noted the clearly marked gluten free options on the menu. When my food arrived -- broccoli beef with fried rice -- my server confirmed its gf status. It was DELICIOUS and plentiful, enough to share with my non-gf honey. No issues afterward and my gut is super sensitive. There are gf vegetarian, chicken, beef and shrimp options, as well as egg drop soup and a couple of appetizers. I encourage everyone to ask questions and advocate for your needs. When it comes to gluten-filled airports, though, this PF Chang's was a satisfying option.
Personally I have never gotten sick eating at a PF Chang’s. I love that I can go here to have Chinese food which can be hard to find GF. I always get the Chang’s spicy chicken with white rice and will usually split a pad thai or other GF noodle dish with my partner. They also have an amazing happy hour at the bar with great $5 margaritas. I believe the lettuce wraps are also on the happy hour menu which can be made gluten free. I feel like the staff is very knowledgeable about gluten and handles food properly. :)
