So disappointing. Totally got so sick after order gluten free items. Spent the entire night and next day getting sick because of the lack of attention to their menu preparation.

Pick up preparation is small and sloppy in comparison to dining in. Asking for items to be omitted such as scallions is overlooked. Keep that in mind if you also have IBS.

Overall experience has been disappointing every time. I always give a second third and even forty chance and nothing changes. Honestly I really don’t think the kitchen staff cares.

Not sure how they prepared the food but it made me 💯 sick. Severe cramping and stomach pain. Nausea and diarrhea. Definitely contained gluten

I won’t be eating there again.

Ate this on vacation twice and got glutened both times! I ordered the lettuce wraps the first time and they looked identical to regular lettuce wraps, so of course I asked the waitress to make sure they were gluten free. She assured me they were. They tasted delicious which should have been my clue they were not gluten-free. About 30 minutes later, I figured out they definitely were not. My daughter begged to go back once more on vacation, reluctantly I gave in. I ordered something different while my husband ordered gluten free lettuce wraps again. These lettuce wraps came out looking completely different, different color and all. You could definitely tell these were gluten-free. I will not be trusting any PF Changs again!

We have water here several times and the only issue we’ve ever had is with a server that kept forgetting to bring us water. Good food and it hasn’t ever made me sick.

Usually very good about their GF selections and we’ve eaten there before, but... We ordered gluten free dishes to go earlier today. Finished the meal at home and quickly realized the food was not GF. On my way to get medicine for my wife, I called and asked for the manager to ask the kitchen to be more careful. Was kept on hold for 16+ minutes. I called back and told them they previously had a calm customer who was now quite upset. Was told manager is right there and will be on the line shortly. Two minutes later “sorry, she’s busy. Can I take a message?” Be careful ordering from there.

Me and my husband used PF Chang's as our only safe option to eat out due to their gf protocols. The last time we ordered meals to go. When we got home my husband's food was luckily labeled (is not labeled every time we order) but had a mystery fried food in the dish. We called to let the manager know and she tried to tell us it was fine. I advised her it was not and likely won't be back due to trust issues. He had 2 bites but no reaction so that's good.

The food was good and staff was very friendly. So nice to have an option while traveling. And the menu is marked!

Good selection of Chinese gluten free options. GF soy sauce. I have never had a reaction at a P F Changs. I really like the beef and broccoli, the shrimp fried rice and chicken lettuce wraps.

They are very accommodating and have lots of gluten free dishes available and can make a number of traditionally not Gf dishes GF! If you’re craving Asian food this is a great go to.
