Review of P.F. Chang's

We visited during spring break, it was extremely busy, but 5 he waitress and chef made sure I had a safe and tasty meal. I have celiac and multiple food allergies, including ginger ,which is a challenge at Chinese restaurants. I had spicy orange chicken, it was so good and crispy, I could hardly believe it was gluten free! Also had gf soy sauce. Completely safe no problems.
