Review of P.F. Chang's

I (not GF) went with my girlfriend (celiac). After careful assurances that a meal was GF and celiac safe by the waitress, server, and hostess, she was served a meal that had tofu marinated in gluten soy sauce. Luckily, my girlfriend had just stepped away before the food was served and she hadn’t taken a bite before they informed us ~5 min later. Close call! They brought out a replacement without the tofu and comp’d half her meal when we asked.
