Ordered a GF dish and halfway through my meal I knew I had gluten. Bloating and the start of stomach discomfort that worsened through the night. Also found a small piece of paper in my rice bowl; probably a fortune from a fortune cookie. The server promptly replaced it but things went downhill from there as my symptoms worsened so we left. After speaking with a manager the next day, Deborah, who was very understanding and apologetic, she made things right. She also informed me that all GF meals should be served in a white dish with the PF Changs red/black logo on it. If you don’t have that dish then your dish is likely not GF. So beware when you dine there and be sure you have that dish.
I'm gf intolerant and i thought it was great. I didn't notice anything with my stomach. But next time I will ask them to use no salt mine was a little salty
We have eaten here twice on our visit so far. The food has been exceptional & our servers have been amazing in explaining the different coloured plates for GF items. Menu was explained. Only a few GF on the menu, however they have been so nice and something we would typically order anyway, so very happy. Our non- coeliac family members ordered dumplings (not GF) and servers were quick to let us know they were not Gf! Felt very safe eating here and both my daughter and I have not had any sickness.
they do have a separate kitchen for the gf food and offer gf soy sauce if you ask. every time in-store i get the gf vegetarian fried rice and its always amazing. the only downside is that every time i order to-go the rice has no sauce or flavor at all. also everything that isnt pre-made can be made gf. Edit: If you want consistently good food i would recommend the GF Pad Thai
The food tastes awful
