Review of P.F. Chang's

Last night was my first visit to PF Changs. The food is solid. I hadn't had Mongolian beef or Sweet & Spicy chicken since being diagnosed with celiac disease. The disappointing part -- After telling our server that both my brother & I have celiac and need to eat gluten free, he still brought us regular soy sauce. Didn't realize until it was too late and my brother has been sick since. Don't assume the waiter understands your needs & be sure to ask before you eat.
