Review of P.F. Chang's

I had never been to a PF Changs before but I really wanted Chinese. I didn't feel safe ordering form a local place. The Chinese food in Nashville kind of sucks anyway. I read online that PFC has a great gluten free menu. I figured we'd give it a shot.

It was actually really good! The food is safely and carefully prepared and comes out on special plates so you know they're paying attention. I thought that was really interesting. I had egg drop soup and chicken fried rice. We didn't have room for dessert, but they had two gluten free options we may try next time! I'm glad we decided to stop by here. My stomach feels totally fine and the food was tasty. So I'm calling this one a success.
