Staff was very kind and accommodating, my waiter even explained to me how the gluten free items are prepared on different woks on opposite sides of the kitchen from dishes containing gluten. I have had the gluten free Mongolian Beef with gluten free fried rice twice now and I’ve been completely fine both times. I would recommend it. The food is absolutely delicious.

One of my favorite chains. Always yummy and have never been sick after eating here. Ordered through a delivery app and food came marked with gluten free stickers. Appreciate the extra peace of mind.

When I told the waiter at lunch that I had a gluten allergy, he looked at me, bewildered. I asked if they had a separate gluten free menu and he brought out the regular menu and told me that the items with the marking could be made gluten free. He didn’t know what rice was gluten free. I ended up eating a couple of bites and my stomach started to churn. Then I came home to bloating, throwing up and a very upset stomach. I was very disappointed as I have been here before and had had a waiter at dinner that knew what he was doing. I will never trust them again. I just can’t risk feeling this bad.

They have a limited, but very safe gluten free menu with delicious options. They take extra precautions if you let them know you have a gluten allergy. I have tried the fried rice and the Chang's Spicy Chicken, which were both tasty and best of all safe for Celiacs. The servers have all been kind and knowledgeable.

Dedicated menu, knowledgeable staff and wonderful food. I’m super sensitive and had amazing meal with no problems. So great to have fresh Chinese food. We’ll definitely be back.

This is my favorite restaurant both on the road and at home. They are reliably celiac friendly and the food is great, too.

UPDATE - I ordered takeout GF lettuce wraps and got glutened. I don’t know what had gluten but based on my reaction, something did.

They have a system in place so that every knows the dietary needs for that order. Staff is very educated and eager to take care of you. One of the top 2 most trusted estabishments on our list. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, the food is delicious!!

I get p.f. chang’s everyday i’m in bham! Gluten free menu and they use dedicated kitchen space when something is ordered gluten free. The most comforting thing to me is that all of their gluten free menu is automatically gluten free (even off the regular menu) so I don’t have to worry as much about someone grabbing the wrong sauce or something!
