An known this chain has GF options (I went to a few locations in the US). Staff knew about GF and modified one dish replacing soy sauce to oyster sauce for me. Had 2 dishes and had no problem. The chain remains to be a good GF place for me and the food is tasty with good prices.

Management was very accommodating and chef came by table. They even use specially lined plates and have a separate cooking area. We will be back!(Chinese gourmet food)
