The owners/staff are pretty knowledgeable about celiac, and will go far to figure out and accommodate a gluten-free diet. Much of their menu, though it doesn’t label gluten-free options, can be adjusted. That’s something I’m grateful for, as the food I’ve tried there was fantastic and well priced.
