Gluten free East coast cheesesteaks and hoagies
On safety—We do our best to clean surfaces and utensils when we receive a gluten free order. Being a sandwich shop, there is risk of cross contamination. One of the owners has a gluten allergy so making sure to keep gluten free bread separate is an important protocol.
