Phil knows what he’s doing with gluten free. Separate gluten free flyer, hand batters everything so I tried the gf fried chicken sandwich, onion rings & club sandwich. Delicious!
1950’s diner in the Thumb of Michigan. Has GF dedicated fryers and cook space. Everything on the menu can be made GF except for the pancakes and cheese sticks. I had fried pickles for the first time in over 2 years and they were awesome. Also had chicken fingers and hand cut French fries. All GF. I’m super sensitive to cross contamination and I never got sick. Food was all fresh and made to order.
Phil, the owner, is well versed on gluten-free foods and is very accommodating when it comes to menu choices for individuals with celiac and/or gluten intolerance. There are so many menu choices. It is not your typical gluten-free menu. They even have gluten free sausage gravy. Absolutely amazing! You cannot go wrong at this restaurant. Highly recommended!
