I’ve spoken with the owners and they are very considerate of those with food allergies as the owner has one himself. He showed me the gluten free soy sauce they use and told me about the separate food prep space they have in the kitchen. Glad they have a separate GF menu, but I always remind them that I’m celiac, just in case.
