The fresh rolls are good and you can substitute the peanut sauce for fish sauce which is better anyway. Most of the pho is gluten free and my wife has never had any issues. (Celiac diseased)

Authentic and safe pho. They do have some American pho but not many options. I am not sure if they even have forks and spoons lol. Owner speaks English and is very knowledgeable, servers do not. Cooks are very proud of their food.
