I was hoping to try something different from pho tonight, but I fell back to the tried and true gluten free pho. I was intrigued by the bun/vermicelli, but the restaurant was busy, and I didn't want to bother the staff with questions. Internet research was inconclusive, so I probably should have asked. Next time! The pho was delicious and produced no bad effects.

I am a frequent customer and have always found this pho to be celiac safe. The best part is that this is the best broth in the DTLA area that I have found. I usually get the #5 combo. Delicious.

I am celiac and pretty sensitive. I have eaten Bun (rice vermicelli noodles) w/ grilled shrimp, Pho w/ rare beef, and Goi Cun (rice paper spring rolls) w/ shrimp - I get these with fish sauce because thier hoisin is not gf. Avoid grilled beef and pork because these are pre marinated in soy sauce - not gf. I suspect there is potential for cross contamination from the grilled shrimp, but this has not been an issue for me.
Excellent food and lots of gf choices.
