the pho is gluten free without the hoisin and fish sauce (you add them yourself so it is naturally gf) the fresh spring rolls/summer rolls are gf without the sauce bc it has hoisin. I make my own sauce with hoisin, pb, and water and get them to-go and it’s amazing. it is the best hungover or sick food EVER! Unfortunately I do not know what else here is celiac friendly.
