Currently at Pho 99.
The said the meatballs in the pho are gluten free; they are made without breadcrumbs or soy sauce/fish sauce.
The dumplings are deep-fried (likely in a shared fryer as far as I can tell) so err on the side of caution and go for the steamed.
The egg noodles are not gluten free and neither are the bao buns (they told me that the gf symbol next to the bao bun section on the menu is a mistake).
Just ordered shrimp & pork summer roll, steamed sticky rice dumplings, House Special Pho with oxtail, chicken pad Thai, and seafood pad Thai.
The only thing that is NOT gluten free in that order is the peanut sauce that comes with the summer rolls but that’s for my parents.
