Review of pho & bun

I’ve been here twice with no issues! Their house special comes with a big bone of meat that is very yummy. I’ve tested everything both times I went and all came back gluten free on the Nima sensor.

Usually I take out meatballs because they can be a secret source of gluten, but I tested the ones that come in the House Special (#1) and it said gluten free.

The owner is very nice but I don’t think he understands what gluten or celiac is. I did ask what ingredients are used and he was able to answer those type of questions. But since I’ve tested everything twice, and didn’t get sick, I’d say it’s pretty safe!
