Second time eating here, the first time was in 2018 I believe, they were totally unsure but willing to check ingredients and found something I can eat, and was delicious! So I wanted to try again when I returned to this area and they are far more knowledgeable now, food was just as incredible as I remember! The server said she didn't think my first choice was safe so checked with the chef who said that it wasn't, but suggested something similar that was incredible! All pho was gluten free and lots of the starters! Will be back before our holiday is over!

Everything on the menu except sandwiches is gluten free! And it is good. No, great! I had the pho, but the stir fry and rice late I saw going by made me want to taste more. Perfect noodles, broth, fresh sides of raw herbs. Best pho I have had. More than half the customers were Asian, which I take as an endorsement of authenticity.
