Best gluten-free Vietnamese food and restaurant/staff knowledgeability in Calgary!!! Crunchy Spring rolls are amazing! All items are specifically marked GF! Highly recommend!!

Almost everything is available to be made gluten free. Called ahead as well to ensure that a dedicated gluten free fryer is used and that the gluten free food is made in a dedicated area of the kitchen. They ensured me this was the case. Was amazed at how many items could be made gluten free, and was super excited to finally be able to have gluten free spring rolls from a restaurant for the first time in 5+ years. They were amazing, all the food was, but especially the spring rolls. They were definitely different from the regular gluten filled spring rolls, but still amazing. If you are staying in Chinatown in Calgary (or even if you are not) this is 100% a restaurant to check out. I cannot recommend it enough!

L’extérieur de ce restaurant laisse un peu à désirer, mais ne vous y fiez pas. L’intérieur est superbe et très propre. Le personnel est très attentionné. La nourriture est excellente et ils font très attention aux allergies. Je suis cœliaque et intolérante aux produits laitiers. J’ai mangé pour dîner une excellente soupe pho au boeuf et des springs rolls sans gluten qui sont fait dans un grill séparé. Ce sont certainement les meilleurs springs roll que j’ai mangé de ma vie et mon mari est d’accord avec moi. Nous y sommes même retournés pour en prendre en take-Out. Expérience fabuleuse. Merci

We had the vermicelli bowl with beef and lemongrass chicken, and 65 rice. Always happy to see GF Vietnamese spring rolls. Both dishes were excellent and toddler-approved. Extra points for GF hoisin sauce.

Absolutely incredible! Had gluten free spring rolls which feel imposible to find, and at a very reasonable price point didn't feel sick at all after, 10/10 recommend

Ordered a gluten free Vietnamese grilled chicken sub for my son who is allergic to wheat, nuts and shellfish. He said it tastes great and very satisfying. He had no allergy symptoms after eating it so we will definitely be back!

Great menu with GF substitutions and now they open till 12:00 am . A great spot for eating late night !
