Review of Pho Evermore

This restaurant just opened nearby. They are so nice, tables outside so I can bring my dog, they know all about gluten-free, warned me not to use any of the sauces. The Pho is big enough for 2 meals. On the side is a huge plate with giant sprigs of chilled flowering fresh basil & cilantro, a whole jalapeño & a big pile of bean sprouts. So, an entire meal plus the equivalent of a side salad, all for half the price every restaurant charges for a gluten-free sandwich alone. The only other gluten-free thing on the menu (besides ALL the Phos!) is "egg cake". Can't wait to try that. They said the Vietnam coffee is really strong, so I really want to try their coffee.
