The waiters are very knowledgeable, but I usually play it safe and stick to the pho. Just be sure to ask about the noodles and choose the gluten-free option, as I believe the fresh noodles contain wheat. In my opinion, there are better pho spots in the Bay Area—the broth here just isn’t as flavorful as others I’ve had.
Ordered two pho noodles with beef broth. The server mentioned all of the phos are gluten free. They were willing to boil the noodles in a separate pot as well. There is a choice between fresh and regular rice noodles. The fresh noodles contain wheat so you need to avoid it and stick with regular noodles.
