UPDATE: I’m very sad to say this place has contaminated me the past 3 times I have been. They claim the vegan pho is gf, but I’ve gotten sick the last three times eating this meal. I cannot safe this is safe for celiacs :(
This is our local go to pho stop. They have amazing dishes of which the vegan pho is gluten free. I believe the meatballs contain gluten, along with the normal and haus pho broths, but the vegan pho is still amazing and can offer with the tri tip or rare steak. We’ve been a number of times and have never gotten sick from their food. We have yet to try their fish sauce as we know some fish sauces may contain gluten. Their noodle bowls are great, but all their meats (for this dish! Not for the pho) are marinated and contain gluten except for the shredded chicken. Waiters are very knowledgeable
