Pho Hien Vuong is hands down my favorite restaurant in North Carolina. I am a vegetarian and my mother has celiacs, this is a restaurant that can be trusted with a food allergy client, as well as dietary preferences such as vegan or vegetarian. Of course always be clear with your food server (anywhere you go) that you require gluten-free preparation and that you are ALLERGIC to wheat.
The staff was knowledgeable about which items were or could be gluten free. I had the beef pho and it was great!
Staff knowledgeable about celiac. My daughter also has peanut and shellfish allergy. We have been able to eat here safely!

Meatball pho is not gluten free! But the beef pho is. Make sure your server is knowledgeable about celiac.

I was so happy to have a fresh spring roll! Peanut sauce is not GF but they offered fish sauce as a substitute. Yum!
This is my favorite restaurant in Greensboro! The staff are very friendly and can let you know what's in each dish. I usually get one of the curries or pho because they are always gluten free, but sometimes I will get the street noodles and ask for no soy sauce. I have never been glutened here.
Best food in town! Egg and rice noodle pho. flourless chocolate torte. BIG vegetarian menu!!
