I called and they had no idea about Gluten Free anything so I don’t know how the other people reviewing were able to get their pho GF.

Very good pho. Stay away from sauces and you'll be ok.

Authentic pho is celiac safe! Rice flour is s used for the noodles. Just be sure to avoid anything with hoisin and you’re in for the best pho you’ve had anywhere!

The pho soup is really good, and it’s prepared completely separate from anything with wheat. I ate here and felt great after, and the staff is knowledgeable about allergies

I walked into the restaurant and asked the server if they had gluten free options and was told no.

Called ahead to confirm: all broths are gluten free. I got the #2 regular size and it was quite filling! Some vegetarian options too. Very good!! Wish the menu listed gluten free items but I felt good eating here. YAY rice noodles! Their Jazen tea is very good too. Only 4 stars because while it’s a good option, there are other more flavorful pho places in the area.
Pho should always be gluten free unless it's prepared using non-standards ingredients. Pho Hoa doesn't advertise that it's gluten free, but I tested their steak pho (#1) and steak and tendon pho (#5) with an EZ gluten kit (including the noodles), and both were negative for gluten. Tastes great, too!
