I called and they had no idea about Gluten Free anything so I don’t know how the other people reviewing were able to get their pho GF.

Very good pho. Stay away from sauces and you'll be ok.

Authentic pho is celiac safe! Rice flour is s used for the noodles. Just be sure to avoid anything with hoisin and you’re in for the best pho you’ve had anywhere!

The pho soup is really good, and it’s prepared completely separate from anything with wheat. I ate here and felt great after, and the staff is knowledgeable about allergies

Thanks to the first person for reviewing this place. Lived by here forever and never wanted to try it. Just got the chicken pho with no reaction and they even had an option to mark my order with a gluten allergy

Got the chicken pho and tested it with my Nima. It had a no gluten result and I ate it without any trouble.

I was hopeful - the server seemed knowledgeable about what was “safe”. Unfortunately, I became sick after eating the pho. I know it was contaminated- I ate it for leftovers two more times over the next few days and became just as sick after each time! Definitely not safe for celiacs.
Aside from being glutened, it is not worth eating. The broth is not homemade and taste pre-made. The spring rolls were flavorless too.

I've eaten here many times and never gotten sick. The pho, spring rolls, and calamansi tea are gluten free.
