Review of Phở Hưng

The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable. One waitresses didn't know what I was talking about, and the other told me that all the dishes on one of the pages are gluten-free including ones which obviously weren't (seitan). In the end I did order stir fry, which was so-so. I didn't notice any reactions, but I doubt I'll go again, as there are better options nearby.
