Review of Pho Huy

The brisket in my pho tasted bad, as in possibly rotting. Also, the spring (salad) rolls had hardly any vegetables or meat. They were 90% rice noodles, very bland and also really expensive at $5.95. The server was very friendly, but the food left much to be desired.
