Review

Delicious pho made the traditional way. As usual I skipped the meatballs since half the time they have wheat in them. My celiac partner and I had no symptoms after eating a huge bowl each.

Note: I thought all pho was GF as long as you didn’t add meatballs or wheat noodles until I tried to go to another pho place in Amsterdam that used some kind of flavor powder that wasn’t GF. Buyer beware! Go to Pho King!
