Pho King

Fantastic pho. I get the one with veggies and steamed tofu. Make sure you don’t get the fried tofu as that cross contaminates it. The female owner knows what GF is and was willing to cook me essentially anything herself to ensure my safety but the pho is so good I haven’t l wanted to branch out yet. She also let me know the broth is from scratch with no packaged powders.

I have eaten here a few times and never had one problem with gluten with their Pho soup. Really tasty too. Haven't tried anything else so I'm just happy to stick with the pho. Stay away from the hoison and no idea if there's gluten free soy sauce.
