Pho Kingston

I ordered meat spring rolls and pho.

The server looked offended when I asked if the spring rolls were made with rice paper or wheat (so many use wheat) and said quite vehminently that they were rice paper.

They also assured me that the hoisin was gf.

I didn't question too hard but I had no reaction to speak of
