Delicious pho! They are quite famous for their pho -- they were even written up in the New York Times -- and I called ahead to see if their pho is gf. The lady I spoke to on the phone was really nice and said that the beef broth and the rice noodles in the pho are both gf. I went in and had a large bowl of pho. The broth was delicious and light but well spiced. They give a good portion of meat with their pho too. I did not have any glutening symptoms after eating there. I will definitely be back next time I'm in OKC.
