The servers are knowledgeable about what is and isn't gluten free and can walk you through the menu and show what is safe. There are a variety of safe items from pho to salads, rice paper rolls, drinks, and desserts. I've been eating here for years and the food is always amazing, the service friendly and fantastic, and I feel confident that I will not be served gluten or cross contaminated food which is a real rarity in my area.
