Pho Nom Nom

We ordered pho and called beforehand to ask if it could be prepared gluten free. The employee said the broth, noodles, and meat were all made without flour or gluten. We also requested gluten free food in our online order. The food was really good,, and we didn't have any adverse effects.

The restaurant also serves banh mi. Next time, I will ask if there are any cross-contact measures in place.
