I ordered Pho with steak and was assured it was gluten free. LIES. I got so sick afterward. A very bad gluten hit. There is gluten or wheat somewhere in their pho and apparently they’re ignorant or just don’t care about it. I have Celiac. I won’t be back.

So the last few times I have ordered here I have experienced symptoms from eating the “gluten free” stuff. Im not too sure what happened. But the symptoms were very clear and what I get when I get glutened.
I cant really recommend the quality given that they seem to be cross contaminating the boiled chicken or the pans in which they cook the “gluten free” rice.
So i gave a 2 because when dining in the gluten free chicken and rice is very white. But when getting it for take out, the rice always has a brown tint to it. This looks like it has soy sauce on it. However the very same dish does not have a brown tint to it in the restaurant. So if you are eating in it seems safe. If you are ordering take out it seems weird that the same dish looks brown. My wife has gotten the “gf” chicken and rice twice now with the brown tint to it. When i called and asked about it, the person on the phone did not offer a suitable explanation why the dish has such a different appearance when ordered while dining in versus to go.
Also, this is a gluten free app...so to get a five a restaurant should have all or almost all of their items available in gluten free form without any danger of cross contamination. This restaurant really tries. But there is no gf peanut sauce. There is also no gf soy sauce which honestly isnt that hard to do these days.
So until they give more choices and bone up for some gf sauces, ive got to give it a three.
people can eat gf food here and you wont go hungry....but there really isnt a whole lot of gf available.
Also the last few times I have ordered from here I have gotten glutened.

Yes
We asked to speak to the manager and explained that my wife had celiac disease. He was very polite and brought a Gluten Free menu and made helpful suggestions. When we asked about cross contamination he assured us that all food was prepared separately with clean utensils. He even came back after we had ordered the crispy tofu to let us know they'd changed vendors and it was not still gluten free as indicated on the menu.
Yes
nice menu, lots of food for the $
Very knowledgable about Celiac Disease and the gluten free diet. They have a menu with the highlighted items that are gluten free. I had edamame, chicken pho soup, and chicken spring rolls (without peanut sauce). I was satisfied! Glad I could add another gf place to eat to my list.
This place was great ! The soup was amazing and also the fried tofu , never got sick and I would have known within 20 min. If there was contaminated food ! Also the waitress was very polite and explained what I could have on the menu and what was off limits , everything highlighted in yellow was safe which was really nice and easy to find ! I have celiacs and would really recommend this place !
This place was really Good!! The staff was really friendly about my gluten intolerance! Some places make you feel like your being a pain, this place didn't! I'll definitely come back. I haven't been this full in a Long time!!
Yes
Great pho, huge GF menu as most things are naturally GF. The beef pho and boba tea are awesome, huge portions, and the staff actually know what GF is. The only thing they lack is GF soy sauce.
Yes
Made fresh to order every time! The spring rolls are made with rice and aren't fried like a lot of other restaurants. They have noodle soup bowls that are made with rice noodle too! If you are looking for a GF friendly Asian restaurant this is a great place to check out :)
