The only thing that you can safely have here is the pho. It's yummy. Do not use any hoisin or soy sauce obviously. They don't have either of them available in gluten free.

Dined in for lunch. The Vietnamese coffee is unreal. Strong and sweet. I had the special pho that day and it was amazing (chicken). They make their own stock, and prepare everything fresh, and you can taste it. GF was no issue.

The Pho is delicious and it states right on menu it is made the traditional gluten free way ! Ordered on line and easy pickup!
