Pho Rùa Vàng Golden Turtle Restaurant

I’ve had the chicken pho here many times over the years, as well as cold spring rolls and some other items and I’ve never had a bad reaction. It’s also always tasty and fresh. We usually pick-up or eat in and mention the gluten allergy at the start. When we’ve ordered online we add a big note saying there’s a gluten allergy. Hot sauces are something to be careful about ( like most places) but they offer a few good GF options. Jan. 2024 I called to double check and they confirmed all the pho broth (chicken and beef ) is gluten free. We didn’t ask about the vegan broth, so that’s something to check.

The review suggesting that the Golden Turtle was gluten free made me so excited! However, when I called and asked, they told me their pho broth is not gluten free.

Great pho! The normal pho stock is gluten free but BEWARE that the vegan stock is not.
