The Chicken Pho with chicken broth is very good and gave me no issues the night I had it, however the leftovers the next day gave me problems. They didn't have a gluten free menu so I did have to ask the manager if it was safe before I ordered. I am very sensitive to gluten, so not entirely sure of the difference from one day to the next unless the ppm of gluten is very low.

When I was asymptomatic, I ate there and think I did so safely. Two weekends ago, went there again (now I get obvious symptoms when glutened). Waitress assured me broth was gluten free, knew soy sauce was a no-go, and generally seemed to take me seriously. Got the seafood pho... Discovered a piece of cake crabmeat halfway through. After consulting the kitchen, the waitress said they had recently changed their supplier and THE CHEF DIDN'T KNOW IF THE FAKE CRAB HAD WHEAT. Guess what, I had obvious symptoms that night. I understand that vross-contact is always a risk, but this was an actual gluten-containing ingredient. Would be very hesitant to go again after this experience.
Delicious rice dishes and pho. You can ask for adjustments.
