Got sick from their pho (veggie broth and shrimp) despite talking with them about celiac. That was actually the second dish I ordered after sending back the chicken and rice because I asked what fish sauce they use as dipping sauce, meat marinade etc. it’s three crab - which has gluten :(

They label a lot of stuff gluten free and seem to be trying but also not aware of hidden gluten

I got so sick from their Pho. It has gluten despite them saying everywhere they are gluten free. I've never been back it was a few years ago. Taste was great. Stay away celiacs!

Always a favorite. They have some of the most flavorful pho broth in town! I moved to a different neighborhood close to a few different pho places but after trying one and being disappointed, I cross town for them. It’s also so nice knowing that the broth and pho is definitely all gluten free. They have some good gluten free appetizers as well, but mostly ones with gluten. I still feel confident in their cross-contamination avoidance efforts.

GF items are marked on the menu. Could not believe they actually have crispy spring rolls! Only GF items go into the fryer. My grilled beef/rice noodle bowl was also fresh and delicious. It’s always a little nerve-wracking trying new places when you’re traveling, but I felt completely fine after eating here.

Ate pho several times in LA. This was the very best flavor and meats! Delicious pho and spring rolls! Wish we would’ve eaten here every day.
