I got sick two times at different pho than locations and I re asked if it was gluten free and they told me at a third location that the broth has msg in it which is a no go. :(
I’ve been to two different Pho Than Brothers and both locations confirmed that their broth is gluten-free. I ordered beef pho at both locations and didn’t have a reaction. The hoisin sauce contains gluten, so make sure to avoid that.
I think it's important for people to know that they put regular soy sauce in their pho which has gluten in it. Have confirmed this in multiple of their locations. There are several other Vietnamese restaurants in the area with gluten free pho such as Bol and Lucky Pho.

Best pho in Seattle! Because it is rice noodles, pretty much everything on the menu is gluten free. I always get beef or chicken pho and it is at a very good price point for a lot of food. Always nice not to have to do a special order since the food is naturally gf.
