I order the pho soup or the salad rolls without the peanut sauce. It’s a bit hard with the language barrier but I haven’t gotten sick yet and it’s so delicious.

…… Since my original review I have went multiple times. It’s always delicious!! They do have packets of gf soy sauce and I mostly enjoy the chicken vermicelli with no spring rolls.

Ask and they’ll let you know which items are GF. Lots of Vietnamese food is already GF. Really enjoyed their Bun Bo Hue!

Many menu items can be made gluten free.(sometimes the sauce is a bit lacking if the gluten free substitutes are not there) Never had a problem with contamination. The pho beef satay soup is amazing!
