Review of Pho

Really great attention to allergens - almost entire menu available (and contrary to online menu, the vermicelli is available GF with the simple substitution of the the crispy veggie spring roll with the fresh summer roll). Ate there mid afternoon and staffing seemed to have some difficulty with service times: it took two hours to eat lunch. But the quality of the food made it worth the visit.
