Really disappointed, we’ve been to another pho venue which was amazing, but this experience was awful. Food wasn’t handled with care and also wasn’t edible

We discovered the Pho chain last year and it is now our go-to place for worry free gluten free eating. This is a fantastic Vietnamese place with an extensive menu and great atmosphere. Practically everything is gluten free and the staff are extremely knowledgeable, putting you completely at ease. Service can be a little slow but the food makes a visit absolutely worthwhile. Highly recommended!

In store they have been amazing and reliable. For takeaways I once had them add a spring roll (definitely not gluten free) to my pho meaning I couldn't eat it. They did refund the meal and give me a voucher though!

Amazing with allergic and almost everything is gluten free and most things dairy and egg free and can be done without nuts!! Love love love their food and feel very safe here.

Can’t say enough positive things about Pho. We were asked about allergies before seating. They are super knowledgeable, friendly and careful about your experience. Almost everything is naturally gluten free. In fact so much of the menu is GF that they put an asterisk next to the items that DO contain gluten on the menu. I Almost ordered something with gluten and they called me on it. They are certified by the UK coeliac group.

Amazing place for allergies. More than most items on the menu are gluten free, and those that are not are indicated with an asterisk. The staff are really helpful with detour requirements and as I am also allergic to gluten and a veggie, there is so much to offer me on both starters and mains. Some options for desert but not a crazy amount for myself with my strict diet, but more choices than just sorbet.
